Because fundamentally, this stock has no turn around plans; profit taking will move the stock, accumulation will pull back the stock. Stockholders are recommended to take profit and watch the shorts by market makers. The price movement is strictly overbought(pull back) and oversold(nice move). It is technical analysis in the purest form.

However, if the management started to manage cash flow; whether using cash accounting or not, the company will turn a profit. Watch out, the maturity of the management is basically how cash is managed. The company can turn on a dime, then we may see it towards $10/share.
