NEW YORK, July 19 (Reuters) - PaineWebber said analyst Bill Choi boosted his rating on fiber-optic transmission testing and monitoring company Digital Lightwave Inc. <DIGL.O> to buy from attractive on Wednesday. -- boosted 12-month price target to $160 to $110. -- company reported "blow-out" second-quarter results after "faster-than-anticipated acceptance of OC-192 portable test products." CHICAGO, July 19 (Reuters) - ABN AMRO analyst Dave Kang said on Wednesday he raised earnings estimates and his 12-month price target to $130 from $109 for fiber-optic testing and monitoring company Digital Lightwave <DIGL.O>. -- said Digital reported record revenue of $22.1 million and EPS of 20 cents a share in the second quarter, surpassing his EPS estimate of 14 cents a share on revenue of $19.6 million. -- said he raised 2000 and 2001 EPS estimates to 77 cents and 93 cents from 61 cents and 72 cents respectively. -- said he reiterates a buy recommendation.
