DSLN and WSTL do different stuff in the DSL area. DSLN just provides the services to 2nd tier businesses. WSTL has modems and all the other stuff that lets DSL providers like DSLN to offer DSL service. Only thing I can see that will impact DSLN is that there is now proof that DSL is taking off, and hopefully, DSLN will see some increase in DSL customers. Anthony
