I don't know about the cheapest, but Quotes Plus provides EOD for about $20/month. It includes a feature that converts data to MSWIN format. It also has a feature that allows to do scans on the stocks in its database. This is a very valuable feature. QP website is qp2.com. Good Luck Mike
