A Three-for-One Stock Split of the Company's Common
Outstanding Shares and Ticker Symbol Amendment

Professionals(TM) -- (OTC Bulletin Board: KSTP). The Board of Directors of
CastPro.com have approved a three-for-one stock split of the Company's common
outstanding shares. Shareholders of record on July 17, 2000 will receive two
additional shares for each share owned at the close of market. Effective
date
of the split is set for July 21, 2000, at which time the stock will trade
under the new ticker symbol "KPRC".
