I don't agree. Truck roll is necessary and it confirms or finalizes the deal with a human touch. This can go a long way to keep people patient during down times. The customer my feel more comfortable with ATHM if they know they can install it. Let the trucks roll if there is a problem, support is different than an install in this biz.
