I also feel that Mr. Tate does not convey the excitement about his firm's position and outlook that other CEOs often do. This is not a negative if you understand his personality and his history, both professional and as the spokesman for Rambus. This is one company where trying to pick out the nuances from CEO comments can be dangerous.

Almost better to read it later than listen to it, IMO>
