could be...looks like everybody's giving up on it now. it's still in the falling wedge pattern, which has simply become larger. one of these days we'll get a rally that erases several weeks of water torture declines in a day or two. let's see if Kaplan finally gives up...he's 'strongly bullish' right now unfortunately. we need all remaining hope to be crushed...can't be too far from that point.
