Actually, that is something I take fairly seriously! A profile is useless if it takes so long to load that nobody stays around to see what it looks like. Actually, I like a profile to load in less than 30 seconds if possible on a 28K connection. I try not to go over 60 seconds. My current profile is pushing this limit. I actually loaded a profile this morning that took me almost 10 minutes on a 28K connection. It was really neat, but most people on a dial up connection is not going to wait to see what it looks like. So in summary I agree with SI's position. I also believe a profile can be colorful without bogging down the system.
