Tom, what's your take on the rhat chart here. it looks strong to me--yesterday bounced off support at ~25 and has retraced 1/3 of recent move to 28.5. it's at 26 and my guess is it will see 28 soon (if market holds) with good chance of testing 30. if that's a cup/handle forming, 34 may be touched.
