BP, I don't disagree...but as you say, they are going to use the money <<for further R&D, to acquire other optical companies>> There's a lot of risk there. I'm not saying that your scenario doesn't add value to the company...I'm saying that, as an investor, I may not be willing to risk my money in this venture any longer without a higher reward/risk ratio. So, I won't sell all my shares, but I will surely sell some, if it's looking to me like that ratio is getting smaller and smaller. If I'm not alone in this thinking, than MRV shares will suffer. Again, I think it's suicidal for Management to ignore us on this issue. I really don't think they will.
