I agree. The deal -- at least as it seems now -- will clearly go through. There will be no complaints from competitors...and the combo will create cheaper priced components. That said, the arb spread will grow and contract as "experts" weigh in on the SEC prospects. FWIW, lot of the "not-so-smart" money sold the news of the deal...and gotta be kicking themselves now.
