(Nasdaq:VYTL), the "All Distance. All Services.(TM)" telecommunications provider headquartered in New York.
As previously announced, Fone.com -- a reseller of telecommunications services -- is in the process of changing its name to B4B Communications, Limited. B4B stands for Bandwidth for Business.
Through its agreement with Viatel, B4B will have access to Viatel's Pan-European Network, a multi-conduit, continuously-upgradeable, cross-border network in Western Europe, of which over 7,000 of the announced 10,400 route kilometers, linking 59 major cities in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland, are fully constructed. Construction of the remaining 3,400 route kilometers will be completed by year's end. Viatel provides local and long-distance, voice and data, bandwidth and Web-centric solutions to end-users, including corporations, ISPs, ASPs and other carriers in Western Europe and North America.
