That said, the arb spread will grow and contract as "experts" weigh in on the SEC prospects. FWIW, lot of the "not-so-smart" money sold the news of the deal...and gotta be kicking themselves now. I agree we'll see volatility similar to the ETEK/JDSU roller-coaster. It's hard to fault those who "sold the news" simply b/c that's often a smart strategy. However, those who follow the company closely know earnings are going to be strong and were smart enough to hold. Interesting to read LU's plans: newsalert.com Pat
