In the light of QCOM CC yesterday, it reads like a lame attempt to jump on QCOM's coat-tails again. Gercenstein said nothing that hasn't been said before. If he stated what role IDC will play (as opposed to merely planning), then that would be extraordinary. The plans should be in place. What products are IDCC going to offer? Keep banging the drum Reverend, Hallelujah!
