I maintain my reasoning simply b/c the only situation in which the deal would fall through would be another suitor and that price would hold up the stock.

I hope this deal gets approved as I don't see an imediate suitor for SDLI unlike the ETEK situation. Of course if it were to drop from much higher levels, no long term holder will really care.
Actually I don't want to think about the deal not going through.
I am still betting it gets approved.

Lets go back to the S and P 500 addition. We are heading higher, IMHO.
