Rob, Two important things have to be remembered. SDLI earnings tonite---remember how much JDSU was willing in premium for SDLI. Second there will be some urgency to buy ahead of Monday, when it should open higher, IMHO. That is why I don't see it below 120 today and above 130 looks like a good possibility right now.
