My CHIP shares were acquired at 1.5 cents, even if there is a reverse split, I can't lose - my cost just went up today though.

Remember people, when a reverse merger takes place the acquired company needs between 80-90% of the shares, usually this is done by:

A) by reverse splitting the shares and issuing more,

B) By issuing 100 million or so more shares and leaving the current as is.

If the new company formed has a low float and O/A there will probably be a forward split :-))
