Nor should it be your job to provide options strikes you may want to trade in advance of the trade.

PCM - I was with them for 3 weeks. Then there was a brown-out in San Francisco where their servers are and I discovered the hard way they have no backup plan. You couldn't trade via internet, their phones were down...nothing. I moved out very quickly after that as I live near S.F. and I know brownouts are very common

Similar bad experience w/Brown which may have just been bad timing on my part. I opened the acct right when they were having all their problems with the systems conversion in Autumn of 1998. At that point, the hold times were 15-20 minutes on the phone & I lasted less than 3 months there.

I was holding out for CyberCorp but it turns out after waiting a year for the much promised options trading they've decided to bundle a $100/month Level II data fee with the privelege to trade options. Looks like Fido for me. Maybe no better than Schwab but 2/3rds the commissions.
