CLYC just off the phone... heres the story... Just spoke with Craig Hall. CLYC had 193 million shares outstanding prior to the acquisition. 76 million new shares issued to DNA Prints restricted for 2 years! 269mm now total outstanding. Of the 269mm, 135mm, including the 76mm, restricted for 2 years! Total float 134 million shares! No reverse split... "Craig, are you sure about that?" "There absolutely will not be a reverse split and you can quote me on that." (so I am) audit being performed now... expect listing Nov or Dec. New name will be "DNA Print Genomics" Name and symbol change expected within 2 weeks. Investor info on the way to me... more to follow my new prayer to the stock gods.... "please let the mm's shake it hard so I can double my position. amen"
