NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Global TeleMedia International (OTC Bulletin Board: GTMI) (www.GTMI.com) announced that it has been re-listed on the NASD OTCBB effective July 19th. The company was successful in complying with the new NASD rules and regulations and is now again fully reporting. The Company, incorporated in 1984 has been Publicly listed for 10 years and has previously been a NASDAQ listed Company. During the past weeks in addition to the reporting requirements the company has been aggressively accomplishing its final processes for the release of the Smart-e- Card and MessagePilot(TM) and its Ericsson-Tigris VoIP National Network in Australia.
