Had I fully appreciated the volume of open calls out there, I would have closed out ALL of my July position before the earnings bell

Sad thing is we may see a repeat next month with all the July options being rolled forward. I am definitely getting out a couple of weeks before expiry whatever the situation, and with 100% of my August options position this time.
