Danny/to aLL...The main problem NUZA has is a shortage of cash...Merging with Sandwich Express is one of their strategy to expand outside California and to the rest of the states...It will take a few years before they can expand their pizza's franchises outside Cali...I believe this is their main goal in the long term...There might be another merger with another pizzas companies sometimes but at the mean time, they are trying to do it one at the time...With this current merger with Sandwich Express plus, expansion outside the U.S. and this "gas station concept," I think they will have a significant profit compare to last years earnings (loss)...Anyway, Fiscal '97 is end of June, I think the stock price will start to move again at this current level and possible breaking the resistance of .18 if favorable earnings/revenues are met at the end of fiscal year.... just a thought... foOLish eL....
