Michael, I am not suggesting that the split proposal makes the stock more attractive. However, the split is not a new issue, it has been disclosed previously 2 or 3 times in additional filings, and apparently people already following the stock knew that.

So what gives? Maybe nothing, maybe something, that's all I have suggested.
