When did he downgrade to 'avoid'? When MSFT was at $62? This guys not playing with a full deck, either that or his wallet is a little fatter right now (IMO). This type of call is what I look for at or around the bottom of a correction in a stock. Very possibly someone has asked him to throw some fuel on the selling pressure so they can take a position or increase their position in MSFT at a lower price.

MSFT with a forward PE of around 50 is a bargain when compared to other similar companies. In my opinion.
