Justa How do you like to see the economy tied to the clowns at OPEC to such a large degree? Now that is what I call "risk." The "clowns" at OPEC may have played a role in slowing consumer spending in this country limiting any further rate increases for this year. Further, the price of oil is not as significant a measure in the price indexes as most believe.
