Yes, I checked further and I was mistaken.

Actually it makes sense that there would not be many Majors played there. It's two hours, roughly, by car out of Raliegh-Durham. A bit of a trip for an Open in years past.

These days a pro would just have a helicopter fly him in. Years back they would have to bring extra GI cans of water in case the radiator overheated.
