Off topic -- benefit of the merger.

One cost saving of the merger is that USRX had been planning to set up a new manufacturing facility in Ireland. 3Com already have a substantial manufacturing base outside Dublin which they are currently expanding . This expansion will now handle USRX business as well as the expanding 3Com business hopefully saving some $$$$.
(The 3com expansion was underway long in advance of the merger and
will open later this year.)

BTW - Where does the $300m+ in merger expenses go. Is this legal
fees or what ???
