I will not suggest that I have near the grasp of the winspear story as yourself or most others who post here regularly. That said it would seem to me that Debeers offer is the only thing that has brought out anything resembling honesty from the present management team. Only days previous to the villianous Debeers entry on the stage dandy randy was going to further dilute the stock with a two dollar share offering. If he truly had the shareholders best interests at heart, why not release the updated data before attempting a private placement? The obvious answer of course is that with Winspear the insider comes first. If Debeers walks and no other white knight appears, the cost of developing this mine would likely result in incredible dilution.
