No wonder Agilent was dragging the earnings when it operated under HWP.
HWP is smart to get rid of Agilent.
This is classic case where Agilent cannot compete with the likes of JDSU/KLAC/TER in optics and test and measurements.

Much like LU is loosing to CSCO.
How come other people and not hurt by components. Yet another version of the story that HP used to pull off.
I guess too much fat here like LU. this is very pricey at even 50, given earnings are going to be 50% lower.
30 is a fair price for this.
