JDSU...

Hi Mark,

I guess everyone is "in the same boat" trying to figure out where JDSU and SDLI will be trading. I read some of the messages on the JDSU board....the general opinion I think is that it is probably "safer" to own JDSU rather than SDLI, and most people seem to think that the addition to the S & P will help to raise the share value of JDSU.

With the JDSU/ETEK merger completed, the SDLI buyout agreement, and the S & P announcement....all of these factors make this difficult to figure out a trading range. I think all of the combined announcements are positive...and I have to think that these factors will help to raise the share price of JDSU.
