I think it was one of those ego trips Zwebner was one. The truth of the matter is that Zwebner really didn't win a Judgment for 1 million dollars. Yet he put out 2 press release stating that he did.

Are there such things as personal judgments? Don't you think Zwebner played this thing to much on the PR? The court does see this as a judgment but a dismissal.

consent judgment: a judgment approved and entered by a court by consent of the parties upon agreement or stipulation

The formal agreement between Zwebner and Dobry is legally binding, i.e. it holds the same legal weight as if a judge had issued it. At some point it must be filed with the New Hampshire District Court (as of today they informed me it had not), but there is no deadline for doing so. I do think Zwebner took some liberties with the title of the press release, but what's Dobry going to do, sue him? (gg)
