Well Harry, another one of those endless nights. For now it is fun work but I don't think I can keep up with the pace a year from now. Need to figure something out by then. What a "Green" turn-around! I wonder what kind of upside to expect even if the macro factors turn mildly favorable. Time will tell. Clint
