Mike the easiest and best way to get the original PP description is to go to www.sedar.com. choose your language of preference, then click on Company profile. Select W from the alphabed presented and then scroll down to Winspear diamonds and click on "View this company's documents. The scroll down thro' the documents. On the ways down you can view the Director's circular, the DeBeers offer (37 pages) and finally in a document dated September 3 Or was it 7, 1997 you'll find the poison Pill as it was presented for shareholder approval. I don't think we need to worry about us finding other avenues to explore, I'm happy to rely on Randy, and await instructions. Hope you can find your way through all that. These days I never wait for the mail it's much quicker to go to Sedar, which is run by the govm't, and which contains all official filings for all public companies. It's not bad when you get used to using it, and I like it because it allows ne to enlarge the print for easier reading, by clicking on the little magnify glas once or twice. Hope that helps
