Julius: "PALM-lovers" have been selling their COMSV for the last 8 trading sessions - around 26 million so far, at prices from $14.5 down to $12. While there may well be a lot of holders PALM loving COMS holders who don't know they can sell the COMS part right now, it's also possible that, with another 5 days to go, the majority will have already sold by 7/28. S&P index funds reportedly only hold 27 million COMS, so that also may not be much of a drag. My perspective is probably clouded by the fact that I'd like a profit on the COMSV I bought at 12 1/4, but I don't see COMS selling down to the $10 level after 7/27. JMO. David T.
