Wow, I guess the street liked the idea of using their $112M to retire some LT debt and whatnot. According to their latest 10-Q they have $217M in LT debt.

Another thing to watch is that FleetBoston Robertson Stephens Inc., CIBC World Markets Corp., Needham & Company, Inc., First Security Van Kasper, and Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co., Inc. will get roughly 1/2M shares for "overallotments".

Currently they are covered by 3 firms (Yahoo) (Van Kasper being one); SI lists only 2 firms. All have a strong buy rating (according to Yahoo and SI).
