Thanks for the response. I guess I always thought of lvlt as a "renter" of bandwidth, and not a "seller". I have heard Crowe talk about the upgradability of their fiber. So, lvlt sells today, at today's prices, what will be relatively cheap tomorrow.

That makes sense, but its a little change in my understanding of lvlt.
