for norton antivirus users.... new virus definitions created 7/17 (released 7/21) are available for downloading. liveupdate successfully downloaded and installed this 385kb update for me, and there was no 'endless loop' hassle like on the previous definitions. the install does require a reboot to complete, which i think is inconvenient. for quite awhile the defs were installing themselves without needing a reboot. i wonder why they have gone back to the reboot routine, and if they'll do away with it in the future? must be time for a post on the symantec boards... :) mark
