Don't worry about the P/E, it will be n/a after this quarter's numbers are out. It will no longer contain the cross licensing fee from MSFT.

Is anyone going to the shareholders meeting? I would really like to be there to see Fuller and the Board squirming to find answers to the Corel debacle. It is absurd to think that Fuller still defends the ideas behind the Corel merger. Right now, I'd be happy with him saying that he had a vision from God. The point is, I can see no rational reason for teaming up with Copeland and Corel.

That said, I can't complain about Fuller's ability to run this company from an operational standpoint. Improvements in operational costs and cash flow have been realized. Now if we only had somebody who knew how to get some value out of these assets we have.

Any guess as to what Coats' next move will be? The day after the meeting, he'll be free of any restrictions that he accepted to get a BOD seat. One one hand, you have to dislike him for being a ruthless investor who would likely liquidate the various pieces of Inprise/Borland. On the other hand, current and past management hasn't come up with a way to get any value out of this company's products. If we don't see some clear direction (short term goals leading to a long term plan) and even more important, execution of this plan, I tend to favor the former.
