I tend to agree that the marketing rights is what DB's really wants out of this. They don't want to buy WSP , just control WSP. If they don't get control , they are a stalking horse that will tender into a WK bid on condition that they get marketing. I still think DB's will get WSP , but that $6 is probably their top price.
