NOTHING IN DSL HAPPENED THE WAY MANY THOUGHT IT WOULD Can you expand on this statement a little bit? My sense is that you are correct, particularly w/regard to the amount of time it took for the ILECs to roll out the service, and the competitive ramifications of this fact for the equipment vendors. It appears like EFNT built an early lead with the CLECs, but now WSTL is coming on strong with the really big customers thanks to its relationships with Alcatel and TXN.
