On the short term, I totally agree.

The question becomes: what is short term?

The buzz I am picking up is that this deal (IF it happens) will probably not be made till snow flies.

The fact of the matter is that it may not happen ... I think its a 50/50 proposition right now, and that it will be tied to a 3G licensing deal (which is somewhat inevitable in any case). Assuming a deal is done for ASIC supply AND 3G (cdma2000/WCDMA) licensing. The stock will MOVE, IMO.
