During that time I was asked to mis-guide bank auditors who were verifying existance of assets. (inventory assets were grossly overstated to the banks and in SEC filings) At best, this practice is unethical and at worse, it is illegal. Needless to say, I am no longer there. I kept electronic and hard copies of documents which I beleive prove securities and bank fraud. Although there will be no monies to gain in any civil action, there may be some solice gained if criminal charges were brought against the officers of this company. messages.yahoo.com
