Hi Rob: If I understand your post, you are selling some rentals, will generate some cash. You mentioned what to do, especially regarding options.

1.) I'd pay off debt first. Get debt free if possible. You heard me at the Porch Party. I am a maniac about debt. I hate it. I hate margin.

2.) I'd capitalize on the next 8 weeks or so and enter positions gradually. Assuming there is some pullback near term, there will be super opportunities to buy options.

3.) Watch for pullbacks. I would not hurry just because you have cash. Patience. If you want options, you probably recall my style is to buy 6 months out or so. That's what I'd suggest. But, you make up your own mind.

4.) I like JDSU, of course, plus BRCD and NTAP right now. I am trading options in those three and gradually increasing holdings in both NTAP and BRCD. Dec/Jan calls.

On a lunch break here. Just ran into hotel room and see that the Naz is down 50+ but JDSU up 8.00. Whew, RR Hammer time!

Good luck, Rob. Hello to the wife.
