Ed, thanks again for the explanation.

I see I have a lot of reading to do.

Would it take too much explanation to clarify difference between selling calls and buying puts in strategy?

In otherwords is it as simple as saying shorting a call is a more aggressive bearish move as compared to buying a put?

Is buying a put the opposite of buying a call?

I realize I have a lot of work to do before I can begin to trade options.
Getting my terminology straight should be priority number one.

Deos the book "Leaps" discuss all types of options or just Leaps?

Thanks.
