IMO I think that DBrs could make a new bid before the hearing on monday.Why? because they no that by the court to get involved could cloud future talks with WSP management.In the release it is clear that DBRs will not get the shares needed to do the takeover.Time is running out for DBs if WSP releases news that the new stepouts have hit kimberlites.I belive the end game is fast aproaching.When the Business Week story hits the stands over the weekend, I think some fresh buying by the arbs may come in. Added to my position today. good day James
