Answers to your questions.

#1. Violating securities laws certainly constitutes a violation of SI's Terms of Use. However, SI is not, and cannot be the appropriate party to enforce securities laws. We encourage anyone who believes illegal activity is taking place to report such activity to the SEC by sending an e-mail to enforcement@sec.gov.

#2. Users posting their own advertising is also a violation of the Terms of Use. If a member brings it to our attention we will take appropriate administrative action. As you know, the quality and concern of our membership is such that the most glaring Terms of Use violations usually get brought to our attention. If you have specific examples, please send them to SI Admin Bob.

#3. As you said, we stated Go2Net's policy with respect to advertising on SI about a year ago. In fact, we posted that policy publicly at the following URL: siliconinvestor.com

That policy has not changed.

Thanks,

Bryan
