OT David, I fully expect 1 full year of detailed, lengthy explanations on the "lu" thread of the pending spinoffs. (Even if you don't own "lu")! And while you have some free time, please explain the Agilent situation this morning - in detail. (By now, you should know I am only giving you a hard time!) :)
