One of the changes not anticipated by many has been the speed of DSL emergence and the relative decline among cable-related companies, many of which have had relatively disappointing earnings reports. If this trend continues, more investment money should move out of cable suppliers and pour into the best DSL companies.

I think WSTL may be the best value among the DSL plays, but there should be many winners.
