well, when it happens, i'll be there buying... contrary to the neighborhood zealots, my admonishments to exercise caution in the most overvalued market of all time is based on careful analysis of all the factors influencing it.... that said, i'm trying to keep an open mind. if i see something develop that suggests the mania will go to yet another new level of absurdity, i'm prepared to go with the flow....
